***Official GTX 670 thread***

Well got my reference EVGA GTX670 yesterday and had a little play today.

My max overclock up to now is :

Power target : 122%
GPU Clock Offset : +171mhz
Mem Clock Offset : +451

That gives me a boost clock in heaven of 1320mhz and lovely and stable.

Is that a good clock for a reference card ?

Id say so yes, better than my windforce will do, for some reason my power target maxes at 111%

Unless you're actually hitting 111% you don't need a higher power target. On air @ 1360/7500 on a windforce I would rarely go over 86%, under water it would struggle to get over 70%.

The only way to increase the power target is a custom bios, had 130% on my windforce and it made absolutely no difference.

My windforce does +75 and +700 memory. That works out to only 1199mhz on the core :(

Still fast though, only cost me 316.99 as well.

Left the power target at default as the highest power use it gets to is around 75%.

Anyone here have SLI Windforce? I'm thinking about going SLI, I've never had SLI before though. What are the temps like?

Depends how good your case is at extracting the GPU's waste air. I did have two but had to RMA one and not really missing it at all for 1080p. I love overkill but unless you have 1440/1600 or like 3D vision (which I didn't get along with) there is very little gain from 670 SLI.

My case with 3x 120mm and 1x 140mm exhaust fans out the back and top managed to keep the top card at about 68C while the bottom one was at 58C all with a custom fan profile. They don't exactly run the hottest but they love to dump it around the case and recycle it into each other.
Now with a single WF 670 I get about 55C with the default fan profile.

I'm going to try 3D eventually, going for the XL2420T. I'll be playing at 1080p, but I want the extra FPS for 120hz play. I'll move to higher resolutions when I can afford them :).

Cheers.

here's mine, not the best but not the worst I guess:
