Is EVGA's Superclock model just the reference model with a higher overclock or does it offer anything else?

I don't understand how a GTX670 can get a 100% ASIC quality, if it was that perfect it would be used as a GTX680.
I still think that the GPU-Z ASIC thing is nonsense for the most part.
I'd guess the fused off segment of the GPU core is not counted. Hence what is left is 100%. In a way its likely 670's have higher ASIC qulity as they fuse off a dodgy bit of the chip to leave a better average left.
Where on the 680 its the ASIC measure of the entire chip, on the 670 the ASIC is the measure of the best bits of the chip!
Or its just some random rubbish!
Signing in, my Windforce 670 is arriving today.
I've not had a green card since 2008, so getting used to driver names and how the OC stuff works will take some reading.
Got my DCII non top a few days ago. Managed to get the boost clock to 1095, with it maxing out at 1215MHz in games, and the memory at 6800MHz effective. Not the highest overclock I've seen but is this acceptable? Is there anyway to get it higher? I noticed afterburner had voltage control, would increasing this help?
