***Official GTX 670 thread***

I wouldn't really worry about the extra 100 MHz, 1250 is still stupidly fast on these.

But we have a windforce that's wosre than my KFA2 at last :D.

Without touching the men I can do 1260, for max memory ocs I have to use 1250 GPU.

Very true, 1250 is the most you are going to need for day in day out use, higher clocks for benching only.

Is this normal for a stock 670 boosting @ 1084

Advertised boost is just the minimum you're going to see. Windforce is advertised at 1059mhz boost, out of the box my card was running at 1189mhz.

This card could probably break 1500mhz with ease under water if I could only adjust the damn voltage :(

Not helping :p

Anyway, is there a way to automatically count the number of scene loops in unigine?

My cpu is running @ 4.4

Seems quite low to me, you guys seem to be getting 80fps, can an extra 200mhz on the core really net you that much?

I hate benchmarking, I never even get close to people online :(

Yes it does seem low. What drivers do you have. CPU clock will make virtually zero difference on unigine.

That does seem a little low even on stock?

Here's a stock score from earlier in the thread (with an i7-2600K), link. Most seem to be around 1700-1800 at stock.

Which drivers are you using? Try using CCleaner, restarting the system and redoing the benchmark.

For people managing 1300+ Mhz overclocks, what is your power% running at? Min is only running around 85%, max 90% while benching, even with my max power limit set to 125%?

Oh and I got my KFA2 keyring today, plus another bag of haribo :D

I <3 Haribo tangfastics.

I'm using 301.34, I installed it on top of the old drivers, going to clean them out now and reinstall., back in minute.

meant to say what tool do you use to overclock the graphics card?

Eithe MSI afterburner or EVGA precision.

Actually the advertised boost is what the normal boost would be if these were GTX 680s. Nvidia have doubled to boost frequency increases on the GTX 670.

915 stock - 980 advertised boost, 1083 actual boost
980 stock - 1058 advertised boost, 1189 actual boost
1006 stock - 1058 advertised boost, 1215 actual boost.

At stock between 70-80%, at 1350/7128 floating mostly around 85% peaking at 87%.

Tangfastics are awesome!

Edit: Gaming benchmarks (non-heaven) pull anywhere from 45% to 70% with above OC.

That actually makes allot of sense :D

980 - 1006 Mhz stock speed GPUs are all handpicked 1200 Mhz chips really, nice to get one of those still as not all 915 chips will reach 1200 Mhz.

Looking better :)

CS have just confirmed my waterblock made it out on todays van and should be with me Monday.

So Monday we will find out for sure if these cards have some thermal clock limit we are not seeing.

Well I cleaned out the old drivers,

Boosting @ 1084 I guess this is about the best I can expect at stock, the minimums are a lot better than my last test.

I'll try overclocking it later, off to work now.
still a bit low mate, mine at stock:

my GPU is the EVGA 670GTX SC
