Has anyone got any links to some good printable muscle anatomy charts?

Have had a Google but not found any to my liking.

Errrr... have you consideeed that - if you don't like whst you find on Google when searching yourself - the chances of us finding something YOU like are significantly slimmer?

Google "anatomy colouring book" for edification gains.

EDIT: Just look at the OcUK monitor section... plenty to check out there from an anatomy perspective. ;) :D

Right folks, need to brainstorm some chin-up bar ideas.

The fold-up doorway ones are a non-starter due to the position/shape/size of the doors in our house.

Wall-mounting is a possibility but it would have to be outside, where we have limited options, all with flaws:

1. Side of kitchen extension - my wife objects to the idea of having to see a pull-up bar out of the dining room window
2. Back of kitchen extension, above the French doors - there is only 8" of brick between the soffit and the top of the door, plus there may well be a steel lintel in there so hanging 100kg of man off it might not be a good idea
3. Side of shed - only place to hang it would be above the door, I'm not convinced the shed walls could handle it

A free-standing option is a non-starter unless it could fold down into small pieces for storage in the shed along with the rest of my kit.

So unless I can persuade my wife on #1, the only possibilities I can think of would be:

1. Some sort of magical product where you install small, inconspicuous mounting brackets on the wall and then put the bar itself up/take it down as and when you need it. This way all that would be visible 99% of the time would be the brackets.
2. Doing chin-ups off a barbell in my squat stands. Personally I think this would be a bit shaky and my stands are only 1.8m high so I can't even grab the bar with my arms straight without kneeling down.

I would welcome any suggestions/ideas...

I'd be worried about the stability of that thing to be honest. It's very light and looks flimsy and unstable. There is nothing to offer any bracing to the unrights, so any movement forwards or backwards when doing your pull ups is going to cause it to move quite a bit i would think.

Can you mount a bar across your loft hatch or something, attaching it to the ceiling joist?

Look into Keyclamp systems (I bought from here: http://www.themetalstore.co.uk/prod...4wV9AajKhKTADRwiswVcXoPhSazyG681b3RoCKG_w_wcB and http://www.themetalstore.co.uk/products/tube-clamp) you should be able to find something suitable

Hey guys, could somebody recommend me some db collars that are quick and easy to change, and can safely hold their plates?

I bought the 2 oly db bars from powerhouse but the collars that came with them are hard to change and i just had one slip to the end of the bar today ( could have been a lot worse).

I basically find myself not bothering to change weights up as often as i should simply due to how annoying these collars are, so i want to order some new ones that can be easily changed and not risk dumping plates on my face when doing pullovers.

Cheers

I use these for anything that doesn't involve plates above my head/face, they are probably the quickest collars you can get to change and have never slipped -

But for db work these are totally secure and pretty quick to change, I wouldn't use any other type when lifting above my head -

damn, the second one is kinda like the collars i have :| they are awkward as arse to change though. Maybe i am doing it wrong lol.
