Any chance of a picture of what the camera see's on tracking screens. Also an idea of the size of play area. Want to work out if mines working right.
It's pointing at the ceiling ?
Why didn't you mount it so it pointed lower? Is it the picture or is the base not flat either?
Mine actually works better below the TV rather than above it, which I was surprised about as I don't have the biggest space. On the tracking it fits in my body to just below the knees, and I haven't had any problems so far with any games, so I'm not sure you need to fit in head to toe (but obviously it might be better).
Pretty impressed with it to be honest after a bit of faff setting it up in an optimal position, it's much better than Wii ever was for the "sports" type games, just hope there's a good flow of games that come along that aren't all too simplistic or mini-game ripoffs.
is their an official mount for this - or any good guides about best height depending on floor space?
Just moved to a new property with a dedicated game/media room - and have about 5.5FT of open floor space just not sure how high to mount it and if there is an official mount i can use.
The official TV mount and wall bracket are made by PDP, only a few places stock it and it's ridiculously overpriced. 3rd party, or DIy solutions are cheaper and probably better.
Also, don't think that just because you have a small space that higher is better. I tried it, and my sensor works perfectly at the base of the TV. Above the TV it was useless.
