Anyone had any experience with the Chotech Qi wireless charging pad and their flip case? Considering pulling the trigger but not sure on the quality of the case/pad.

I got the 3 coil Choetech pad today and it works very well, delivers pretty much what it says it will. Charges quickly and NFC still works fine. These are what i ordered:

have to say its a nice phone! loving it, just need my Otterbox cover to turn up and it will be perfect.

My only issue with the G4 is that the camera lens seems to scratch quite easily, already got a small one on mine. Thankfully it's not over the sensor so isn't a problem. Seems easy enough to replace though.

The G4 has probably the best rear-facing speaker. That's not saying much though really.

I think I actually prefer rear over bottom because it is much harder to cover but nothing beats front-facing.

Seconded! My OPO has a bottom firing speaker. Watching a YouTube video is just plain wrong. Worse than rear.

I use phone speakers a lot, trying to decide if that's the only reason I'd be going for the 6p over this.. Which seems like a lot more money for very little extra phone

Really? I would have thought it lends itself quite well when you're holding the phone in landscape mode. You can hold it along the right edge and make a "cup" at the same time to direct the sound towards you.

The last rear-firing speaker phone I had was a Nexus 4. It just doesn't make sense to me. I use a One M8 now and I can't see myself going back to a rear facing speaker phone, though I could compromise with a bottom firing one.

Hi folks, new G4 owner here, got it for £235 payg from Vodafone and updated to MM immediately. Anyways, I'm having some problems with regards to the file manager. I have a meenova dash micro and when I plug it in, only the built in file manager and 'storage' app in settings let me access the external storage. Other 3rd party file managers I installed (es file manager etc) don't detect it. I'm guessing its a permission issue but afaik all permissions are enabled. Any ideas?
