Got an OTA update to marshmallow yesterday on Vodafone.

My G4 says there is an OTA OS update available - 932.5MB for "V20d-JAN-15-2016" - I assume this is for MM?? (I'm with Three but it was a SIM-free handset if that matters?)

Yes, there was a tasty Marshmallow update last week.

Basically the phone runs like butter now.

Marshmallow just dropped for me and a collegue at the exact same time.

Latest OTA MM update has made the phone even better. Getting much longer battery during usage and sleep. It seems snappier also

Guys my battery life has become really poor after the marshmallow update even when the phone is not being used the battery goes down really quick.

What the hell is going on with it ? it was great before the update

Thanks for reply.. yes i am doing that now and hopefully that will sort it.

Checked the phone this morning and its gone from 100% to 51% overnight while i slept.

Phone idle shows 41% usage is this normal ?

Just an update did what you said and battery is good again now thanks

My EE branded g4 just updated OTA, from v10k to v10m, 333mb

Still 5.1
