**** Official LG G4 Discussion Thread ****

Updated here on an unlocked vodafone. Seems good apart from one major problem. Lost all my contacts, from sim, backup and my google account. Amazing how it can affect some apps, cant make contact with most people since they dont exist on my phone!

Does anyone know how to adjust the EQ settings on the G4? More specifically in Google play music. The sound just seems very flat.

Apparently there is no EQ adjust option with google play music on the G4 but some people seem to recommend an app called.. Equalizer FX (free) by devduna on the google store:)

All you non marshmallow users hang in there, my G4 is an unlocked one and marshmallow has some epic battery life having taken my phone off charge at 8am it is now 11:53 and I'm on 94%.

Light use but full sync with my smart watch wifi , BT all on. Some texts and emails etc. Screen on time I've not tested but I get well through a whole day.

Has made the G4 what it should have been at launch.

Thanks for the info on the EQ apps, I'll certainly test them out.

Mine now has Marshmallow (vodafone one now unlocked), but I'm not getting anywhere near that level of battery life. losing about 10% per hour, no BT, light use. :(

updated to marshmallow a few weeks ago on a brand free phone, then 2 weeks ago it updated to another one like 6.1 or something, and then my phone went into the dreaded boot loop and never recovered - had to send to LG, turns out its a known fault with 505 serial number phones :/
