publicly pester them. At this point the game being playable and reasonably stable should be an absolute must. Not being able to even launch the game that you have paid for due to bugs is terrible.
They advertise it as "Playable Now" no its not..... not for some people.

Have you tried the character repair tool?
I haven't, but I read something through the RSI support page that it's offline UFN?

It's shaping up to be something special. It would also be nice if they removed the rented side to things. Either let me grind out creds to buy things or even better if I buy things in the PU it should copy over.
It is, its the only game i play regular and have for many years, despite its many problems, i'm still not done with it, not by a very long way, i don't think i ever will be and i bore with games easily.
That's the problem, with the exception of the very few games are all a copy of eachother and all low effort uninspired rubbish, again for all of its faults Star Citizen isn't that, its unique and to me at least its all you want the perfect game to be, with plenty of problems, i'm willing to work with them, for as much as they and it frustrates me, because it is what it is, special in a sea of mediocrity.

The bit I'm keeping an eye on is the Spirit, however they've still not said anything about it's game specs 
Also remember that any items you have, you have to equip them and then put back into storage, before the next patch. You'll lose them if they've never been equipped.
