******Official Star Citizen / Squadron 42 Thread******

Finally got the Eclipse, the other day. Need to learn how to do stealth properly but (when they don't dissappear on launch) deleting ships with a size 9 torpedo is great fun!

Actually think there good chance SQ42 comes pre Witcher 4 tbf as Witcher 4 at best will be end 2025 would expect based on current info. And at worst that also when expect SQ42 finally after what would be 13yrs!

2026 at the earliest I would imagine. And that would be Xmas probably.

I don't honestly believe/feel it is that far off tbh. At least not from what has been publicly shown and how devs rolls have shifted.

I think the PU is getting further and further away from the game I wanted ans backed all that time ago but thr single player side makes sense with what's shown.

Haven't watched any of the 3.24 patch yet tbh. In no rush for it. Want to see how 4.0 goes and works out before really jump into it again.

Then I'll likely give it some more time again. The ISC above though isn't selling me on anything interesting or really new. It needs mechanics with Pyro for proper reputation system and mechanics.

Fire next week and that finally coming though. I find that interesting for engineering and that meaning life support/room system etc also coming as one total system.

This patch was not released to Wave 1 because its ready for it, its just about as game breaking broken as it always has been, its been quite frustrating over the last few months to log in to a new patch and find it no different to the previous one, and the one 9 weeks and 32 patches before it.

If your largest ship is medium don't set your home for New Babbage, you will never get out, when you call ATC it opens the hanger doors but actually doesn't, when you look up what you will see is the underside of a hanger door asset, what you're looking at is the back side of some textures, that exit is blocked by it, again that bug has been there since day 1 of testing.

Many IC reports have been made on it.

Item banks, i don't get them, all they do is add and extra step to accessing your inventory, like we don't already have enough timesyncs.

I have a short video uploading now.

Yep. Don't care about the PU as I won't have time for it. Single player experiences is all I have time for.
