He has played central quite a lot so having him behind villa where he has free roam is a good thing!

Im quite surprised by Fergie today in the papers saying he isnt really looking to strengthen the squad. What do the UTD fans think? I guess they came second in league and all the English teams were knocked out CL so they cant be singled out for that.

Is it a case of no money or just not really needing anyone?
 
It's world cup year, players are obscenely expensive. I think we could afford to buy, but the likes of 38m for Di Maria? Madness. If we bought him and it didn't work out then that's a ridiculous amount of money to lose.

Anderson (Benfica)

Looking to bring in Suarez and di Maria.

Also, hints at **** Wright Phillips off to Newcastle.

I don't really count it as trolling given even Chelski fans would probably be glad to see the back of him. ;)

Maybe Foster just wanted 1st team football.

Deco is in talks with Fluminense and will be clearing off sooner rather than later hopefully, tbh I've never heard of them but they're far too good for him.

Fergie is never one to **** his players off anyway, I just think it was a case of he wanted first team football and Fergie couldn't promise him that. Rather than sit around looking glum as **** he's got rid of him for a decent price.

I don't think his errors helped him though tbh, he didn't get a look in after that.

They're one of the bigger teams in Brazil if I recall, don't think they're won anything in a while though.

We need a Maicon imo, a RB that can bomb forward but defend like a good un as well

Rafael is coming on well for his age I just think he needs another season of drip feeding games to get settled, he makes far too many rash challenges for my liking and whilst I like to see it, you just can't get away with it nowadays.

O'Shea is far too static for me and we need someone running the line.

O'Shea will do the job for a season while Rafael continues to be blooded though.
 
We do not need a right back in any way, we have 4 players who can play there (5 if Hargreaves comes back, there are far more important positions that need strengthening.
 
It's an area we are weak, I would like to see it strengthened.

O'Shea is a good utility but not a first team player for me, Rafael too stupid at times, Neville isn't as fast as me, Hargreaves isn't as fit as me and I assume you mean Fletcher as the 5th RB. :/
