Regardless of how poorly he and we done last season, I hope he tells them to **** off and demands the full amount set out in his contract. It won't make any difference to the club in the short or long term because when the likes of Torres leave, no manager who takes over (and it's likely to be a caretaker until the club is sold) will see the money anyway.

I really wish there would be some transfer activity before the WC kicks off. I really like watching the new players in action when your club signs them. But it doesnt look like anyone is moving at the moment.
