Lol not to mention you have to have 50% combat effectiveness, which is near on impossible for RB and SB.

I forgot to hit F12, damnit, and that was some good fun!

Also, that was quite comedic timing with the 'missed'...

Off topic - heads up for anyone daft enough (like me) to attempt the premium event grind, for brit T2, the wellie mk1c + 1c/L+ boston (+ anything else equal to or under br 3.0 if you have the slots) makes a very good combination. Go low and hit tanks/pillboxes etc, ignore the bases/airfield. Naturally having good crew reload times helps a lot as well. Won around 80-90% of matches quite quickly with that tactic
 
Sari, check your chat more often, in the lobby that is. Sometimes I am on in the day and shout you for a RB, but you never reply.

Maybe...just maybe...you do....you don....you don't love me! :(
 
Had some terrible RB games with Essex last night, we didn't have much luck unfortunately :( Typically, after you left I started to get some good wins with the Spit XIVc including shooting down a P-80 Shooting Start, yay! My second jet kill after a Mig-9. I also managed to execute clean kills of a B-17 and B-24 using the head-on approach (shoot into the cockpit and kill/disable pilot) in the spit.

Interestingly, I seemed to end up on Malta a lot yesterday, nice to play something other than Hokkaido when flying as higher tier Brit props :)
 
You've gotta learn 2 quick facts:
1- In RB, Essex does what Essex wants.
2- Essex will usually not cover you until after Essex has done what Essex wants.

This has made for some interesting (read: Shouty) matches in the past between him, me and Spangles.

Good work on the 17 and 24. I keep trying this, but just scrape their wings and fuselage. Must learn to aim...
I love killing Shooting Starts! It's the Shooting Finishes that cause me issues, tho :p
 
Hey gents, I will be on this evening for some flight action :) Got to pick up a bit of WT juice but other than that, nothing should stand in my way. Will even get dinner done early just to make sure, as I keep getting sidetracked with that atm :(
 
Me and Brainchild will be maxing out our BR's at 2.0 tonight, following last night's epically fun games!

Yep, you do get the odd 3.0BR plane popping up, but after a short while you get to mix it with lovely lovely biplanes.

Looking forward to bagging myself a Shooting Finish in the next match ;)

I was surprised by the number of bomber pilots who keep straight and level and don't change course, too busy camping in gunner mode I guess. Whenever I get someone trying to head on me when I'm in a bomber, I'll get my manoeuver on :)
