In the game, do a squadron search for OcUK and apply - let us know your in game name. Once accepted you'll see everybody from the squadron that is online. Simples.

My head hurts today, I had 4 pint cans of a fine classic lager called Stella Artois, and they were meant to be for today or tomorrow, whenever this baby decides to come out! Well they got drank as well as the beer that was for last night. Ouch.

So, I wonder what crew slot I should put my shiny new Spitfire Mk IX premium in then, care to help out Brainchild?
I recommend you put it in 2 pilot slots, just in case one gets sick, or has a baby or stubs their toe or something
That's what I've done with mine!
(40 battles won with Yanks, all with me as the best player on the winning team. That "Superior" label sits a bit more comfortable now)
The Ameri-spit is a nice plane, but there is no way, either in hell, heaven or on earth, it is worth 6900 eagles / £23. No. Nope. Never.
At that price I would expect it to come with a device that allows me to warp to 1000 metres above and behind the enemy spawn point at any time during battle, have infinite ammo without reloads, and a base-seeking nuke strapped to the belly. THEN it might be worth maybe £10.
But as it was, during the grind for the wins I managed to get so many wins, kills and ground kills I spooged about 5,000,000 lions into my account. This was promptly spent on a Lancaster, a jet, and giving some jet pilots their expert upgrade (Half a mill' a pop, thank you very much
) so I would say I ended up in a better position for it.But at battle rating 5.3 I doubt I will be using it much.
It has some nice cammo's, tho...

Between grinding for the premium stuff and x4 bonuses these events have done my British tree a lot of good (shame i can't say the same about my mental health after this but meh.).
Not only do I now have the boomerang and mustang but I'm also now the proud owner of the Tempest II, Tempest Vickers P, the Meteor 3, Sea Meteor, Vampire and almost the Meteor 4, with countless crew/part upgrades for other planes to boot, all within about 2 weeks. Americans got a decent boost as well but I gave up early there and focused on finishing the Brits, which turned out to be a good thing because the power went out about 10 mins after unlocking the mustang last night and didn't come back on until about an hour ago...

so I may be a simulator convert!
Had a quick go in the 'stang just to see what it was like, and its loads better than that realistic business with its dog-egg 'instructor' hinderance.
I'll have another go to make sure I like it but may have to ask one of you pros to fly with me and show me how its done!
