Yeah, it's all about praying to RNGesus with personal missions. I just have mostly the hard stuff left for the T-55A but I've had very little interest in the game since grinding out FV215b and barely played as a result.

Which is worrying seeing how second general test for the next patch is meant to be on 30th November, so since I'm still on AT8 I highly doubt I've much of a chance of grinding out the Deathstar before then.

There is a x5 xp weekend coming up..add in the use of some XP reserve boosts ..this will help that grind. I did it I a few days.

Yeah it's finding the time, going to need to buy some premium time too. Very tempted by the monthly offer as get a free Tetrarch, been after that little bigger for a while. Means giving WG money which I don't feel like doing after how the game has been but once it's gone from the tree, Deathstar will be gone and always fancied it for the lulz.
 
I don't think I will bother with the x5 XP weekend if today's games are anything to go by...shot in spawn by my own TD's 15-2 defeat after defeat and general BOT infested match making..I think it is time for a prolonged break
 
Surprising thing about upcoming patch is that we are also getting the alternative armoured French heavy line. Thought that would a little further away.
 
Think I'm starting to lose interest in this game to be honest. I used to get back from work on a Friday evening and look forward to getting stuck in to this, but I haven't had much desire to play it over the last couple of weekends. Admittedly I did play the game last weekend, but I just played all the tanks I wanted to get the daily double in (mainly Tier 9s of which I have four currently) and then stopped playing after that, no interest in playing just to have fun. Toxic community, stupid RNG and other things are starting to test my patience I think. I'm a long time Counter-Strike player and I experienced a lot of rage and toxicity in those games over the years, but what you get in this game is on another level and its every single round. I know you can disable chat, but I like reading what people have to say on the off-chance they something constructive or remotely positive. It isn't even the stuff aimed at me, I just wish they'd shut up in general really, lol.
 
Which weekend is the x5 XP?

Although it won't be an enjoyable weekend, it might just be enough to finish my XP grind for the Death Star.
 
This weekend, best strap in. I've still barely played since latest patch landed need to dog deep to make it from T6 to Deathstar. Bright side is that the grind will be so awful I'll be done with this game for good after :D

Might be the same one I got today, excellent T&Cs:

So basically just regular tanks and premium time. At least they had the decency to give out straight up 30% vouchers last year, they just seem to be getting tighter as the time goes on. Suppose one decent thing they did this year is the very easy T34-85M mission.
 
Well the good news is that I've researched the Death Star :), now to grind for the credits to purchase it, or possibly sell a few tanks I no longer play.

QB mentioned it might be top-of-the-tree next week or something - check it out as the discount will be useful.
