** Official World of Warcraft: Mists of Pandaria Thread**

Have played one character to 90 so far, and a 2nd one's at 89. Haven't come across a single bugged quest in the new expansion. Maybe I've just been lucky.

Haven't got round to doing any of the dungeons yet. Not really that fussed about them. I think the Cata ones put me off last time. They took far too long to complete for my liking (this was at release time, not when everyone had nailed the quickest way to complete them all).

Really enjoying this expansion only got one character to 90 which i did on sunday night then done a couple of HC's with my guild then cleverly poured a pint of juice into the top of my pc and fried my power supply and motherboard soo not had a chance to do anything else :(

Really wanna level another character now first time in ages i enjoyed the game again, roll on tomorrow when new parts arrive and i can play my shammy again :D ! Then decide what i wanna level to 90 thinking a hunter as i've never levelled one that high ^^

I agree with you. The vanilla version of WoW (the original game without expansions) had me engrossed for a year. Each expansion however, weaned me away from the game, up to the point where I totally gave up 2 years ago in early Cata.

I have got to ask you guys though - where in the Warcraft lore did the panda race crop up? I don't recall such back in Warcraft 3 and it seemed like an attempt to garner more Asian players, or at least to those who liked Kung Fu Panda.

Chen Stormstout appeared in the Rexxar campaign in Warcraft 3.

Well my money-making has dropped off entirely. Glyphs are now a handful of gold or don't sell at all and the same goes for gems. Wat do?!

I started doing the golden lotus rep grind - but I am struggling to get gear to cap to HC. I thought it would have been like cata where once you got the rep you can buy with gold the gear to help with HC's and not use JP

Are the rep just for the mounts?

Well I took the plunge and bought it last night....was plesantly suprised at how the game looks, especially after playing Guild Wars 2 for the last month or so...all on ultra settings and high res textures.

Game has changed so much though since I last played....I felt completely lost in a game I had played for years.

I was exactly the same - I know I missed the healer/tank/dps kind of style in GW2 even though it was a great game.

You will soon get to grips with it, I found that If I took all the spells out of the action bars and then went through my spell book reading what spell does what and assigned them how i see fit

Yeah thats what has put me off GW2 for now.....im 100% a PvE player, although I do like to do a bit of PvP and GW2 sadly lacks in that department at end game, dungeons just feel like a cluttered mess with no Healer/Tank/DPS and if you want a set of gear you have to run the same dungeon over and over and over.....at least in WoW you can mix it up.

Nothing will ever beat WoW's Raiding and boss fights.....or at least nothing that ive come across and thats what drew me back.

Ill keep an eye on GW2 as its free, but the lure of Raiding with my guild again appeals to me more than what GW2 can offer right now.

Also it was the change of Talent tress that got me last night.....

After a 2 year breaks from wow and vowing never to go back I just purchased kung fu pandas from ocuk simply because i miss decent dungeon running/raids. I was disappointed with GW2 dungeons but i really enjoy the WvWvW stuff even though the Que is hideous.

So to pick up my Mage or do something different.....

Exactly the same boat as me mate.....I even uninstalled Wow over a year ago (really, really hated Cata) and thought I would never return; annoyingly had to go through the pain of downloading 20GB the game has now got to now.

Your in for a bit of a shock (I was)....the game is soooo different....but looks good in its own cartoony way, I must say if you run it at Ultra high graphics.

Just wish they would update the orginal races looks.

not really a fan of the asian style zones but really like the new bug race and zone can't remember what it's called reminds me of AQ times :p

I'm leveling a priest which I couldn't be bothered to do so in Cataclysm, as I really can't be arsed to relearn all of the new stuff - and levelling it doesn't really matter if you're not doing optimal DPS, but once I get to grips with the game again I'll probably go back and level the paladin\mage\rogue\DK\warrior\warlock... :)

I think the change of talent trees is good thing it basically is talents on each level giving you a different approx to a similar spell.

For me being a Holy Pala i tend to use the hammer to pop on my tank every cool down so he still gets healing when i at 100%ish and i can pop a few shocks on random DPS to top them up
