is it tuesday the patch goes live? ive got a 66 mage, and a 61 priest/warlock.

xp requirements have taken quite a bit of a drop so i dont think i'll waste my time until the patch hits on tuesday.

Na,,, they aren't that bad at the moment. There are still glitches and stuff which are making them seem over powered.

I think one of the biggest issues is people aren't used to fighting them, so aren't sure how to handle them currently in a duel.

They need a bit of balancing, but not a straight out nerf.
 
Unholy DK's are massively messed up.

Frost and Blood aren't doing that great damage in DPS spec at the moment, despite blizzard saying they are - but all DPS meters are showing the opposite currently.

Ret's aren't that bad I don't think. I don't play one, but I know people that do. I is mostly glitches that is causing issues currently.

I think that their stun might be a little long however, but I do find it extremely funny how the one class that is complaining a lot is rogues about them, and though I don't think rogues are "over powered" when I hear one complaining of another classes stun, it is quite ammusing.

I've heard that experience needed has been decreased from 60-70 with this patch, but I can't check it at the moment as I can't get on to the ptr. Regardless though, the new talents make it a lot easier to level - my 62 paladin is useless on live, but on the ptr it kills things quickly and comes out with full health/mana!

5th netherdrake? As in, over 5 different chars or 5 on the same char? That's something I've never bothered to do so forgive my nubness. How long does it take?

I read that as the 5th character she has a netherdrake with too :p

I know a couple of people who have 2.

And yes, a lot of women play wow. We have 3 or so in my guild, (who I regularly voice chat with) and a few other women in another guild who are close friends (who I also voice chat with so they are really women :p)

Actually coming to think of it, on my server there are TONS of females... counting them in my head, I think they are actually almost 1 quarter of the people I know - which is great. The majority of the are very skilled players, who range from playing hunters to druids (one can even even tank and heal better than most people I know)... it is nice to play with a variety of people. It is one of the key reasons I love world of warcraft, because you never know who is on the other PC.

They have insane burst though, well I'm mainly talking about Live actually.
 
Actually the problem is that they are too burst at the moment. I believe I read a comment saying they wanted to make them more sustained (well a little).

It is very difficult to actually balance a class like that. But I do think that people are crying because they are used to the class being lower damage.

Apparently they are fine. Kalgan has stated that they are fine as is, according to a few people on forums on mmo.
 
Most people are now experiencing a "There Were Multiple Errors When Saving Data" message when they get to 99%. Then the downloader starts downloading even more data which seems to corrupt the actual file.

Just got to 60 - think I will just go battlegrounding it until the next patch - pointless wasting time with so much xp to get :D
 
Yeah I got that at 95%, it downloaded mayber 10MB or so then wouldn't download anymore. Restarted the downloaded and got another 10MB and the same again. Just kept restarting it as soon as it said it was having problems and now it's compeleted it.
