That Watford game was grim watching and got a bad feeling about the Villareal game coming up, then Chelsea. Still less than a third through the season so who knows?

Castles (I know) reckons Zidane is first choice followed by Lopetegui, Laurie Whitwell at The Athletic has also mentioned Lopetegui. Could be interesting but he’s at Sevilla.

If we are waiting until the summer you’d hope for Ten Hag (and a new structure with him).

Carrick is just another Ole so they won’t want him in charge for long. Removing the manager can help though regardless of how bad the assistant is…

Michael Carrick is second favourite for the job.. really?!
Cos they probably think United will make the same mistake again, put a club legend in charge who wins a couple of games and all of a sudden gets the keys to the kingdom for 3 years!

Ole good man, never a United calibre manager in a million years. World class players individual brilliance kept him in a job not his management.

Gonna be an absolute disaster now should they get dumped by Villarreal and are 12 points adrift in the league with Chelsea and Arsenal the games after.

Would be a true start from scratch for Ten Hag for example should they get him.
