I have no doubts in my mind that they they did argue, that he did know she was in the bathroom and that he did shoot and murder her in a fit of rage. However, until its proven beyond reasonable doubt and he is convicted it does not really matter what i think.

Personally i cant wait for the prosecution to get all the boring witness testimonies out of the way and go for the kill.

This is the next Amanda Knox trial. The prosecution will lose evidence, cite wrong information, and generally make a mess. I know the Roux family indirectly and that man has a reputation. If they slip up, even the tiniest detail, he will come down on them like a ton of bricks. This will carry on for ages.

I think the witness was full of poo too, I've lived in tl houses that size - I reckon the odds of her hearing a scream like that are negligible.

I do love how Sky mentioned her as "witness who speaks better English than the interpreter".

I also loved how Roux said that Pistorius screams like a girl. I think he'll regret saying that if he ends up in a south african prison. Many times.

There's no doubt in my mind that he's guilty. I just hope that the saffer legal system makes an example of him.

Can't the prosecution team send a freedom of information request to GCHQ or the NSA? they should have all of Reeva and Oscar's mobile phone communication data on the night stored somewhere.
 
I think he's guilty but i also think he's being stitched up big time.

How is there 100 people to give evidence ?

There WERE 2 people in that house, him and her.
The neighbours may have heard screams but how can they say they WERE male of female being in another house behind A LOT of walls which would muffle the sound, also screams are different tones for different things, eg pain, shock etc etc

Look at all the crap in the news over the weekend about him going to a shooting range a few months before he killed her, how does that have anything to do with the case ? the guy likes shooting guns, A LOT of people do doesn't mean they are gonna become murderers.

It seems to me like the guy throughout his life has been an immature, obnoxious douche to A LOT of people and now everyone is coming back to bite him when they can.

Seems a bit harsh to get suspended for that? I thought it would have been said many times before but as i didnt fancy reading every post from the beginning i hadnt seen it in the previous couple of pages. ALso when i wrote it we had just had a driver damage a leg on a tank at work so made me chuckle :) each to their own i guess

TBH im not that bothered about the case, its only because he is some what famous its on the news

This. And it's not just him, it's his whole family. They are notorious in their area (I used to live close enough to hear the gossip), and they exploit everything they can to the best of their advantage.

Let's just say that this isn't the kind of family that made money by delivering good customer service or helping people.

bumped into oscar pistorius the other day, asked him for his autograph... he was a bit short with me though.
told him not to jump the gun, he shot me a right dirty look...

They also reported that "Pistorius is an angry gun-nut who watched porn on the day of the killing", I mean if that isn't all the evidence you need to lock him up then what more do you need?

Yeah the door was closed, apparently there were "blood curdling" screams but according to the defence lawyer they were Oscars, not hers. The defence lawyer also claims that the bullet to her head struck first, killing her instantly, thus rendering her ability to scream impossible.

All of his arguments were designed to discredit the witness

I agree, if there was a gun-wielding maniac coming after me, I too would wait until he (or she :o) shot me before I started screaming.

It's interesting how he said "Everything's fine" when the guard called him about the gun shots witnesses had heard and now he's vomitting. He was "fine" while he calculated his possible escape routes and he quickly became devasted after he made up the bogus story.
