PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS - Thread

Pulled a win out my bum today! Was around 30 players near the end of the game circle really small. Had been pooped on optics for my poop guns, WALK INTO A CRATE NO ONE HAD BOTHERED TO LOOT! Pick up AWM, by this point 20 people left.

I run into centre of the circle while everyone is fighting each other, get into a security outpost thing. Two groups of 4 fighting each other from two hills, managed to knock out one whole team, while other team is snagging the kills on the former squad, I knock them out.

-8 people + 3 or 4 kills, then I manage to kill another 4 people who are busy fighting each other. The final two were together running in an open field as we were in the final circle, I was lucky and was already in it... OUT COMES THE ACOG ON THE AWM PA PEW PA PEW as they ran towards me getting chunked by the circle.


AW YISS, satisfaction, my chicken was sweet.

Got ten kills total in the end, the battleground gods were on my side, RNG Crate and RNJesus circles.
 
Blah I was rubbish last night with some of you guys! sorry about that! :D. Can't bring over my BF skills (if any lol) to this. There is me thinking I was ok with 2 wins out 12 solo rounds, I was ok... but in squad it all changes! :rolleyes: Still all good though.

Tip: Don't ride bikes into little rocks you kill yourself! Face first into the ground! :p

It's all good man. And that bike death was something else! Right over the handle bars!

Nah, you held your own, don't worry! I'll be on this evening if you fancy another go! That bike crash was hilarious btw!
 
Was a beautiful crash tbf. Comedic timing was spot on!

I wouldn't be sorry about it by any means. It's having fun that counts IMO.

I'm still bummed about picking up the 9mm ammo rather than saving mikey :D.

Still think that guy by apartments red building was dodgey :(.
 
It appears over the last few nights that myself and the fellas I play with have started to get the hang of this. We won two games on the trot last night, the first with 3 men alive and one man being taken out last minute then the second we all survived. You wait a week for a win then two come along one after the other :)
 
Anyone got any pointers in terms of performance?

Seems to run ok on my system (between 80-100 fps) with medium to high settings. i looked up some guides online but most seem to be about stripping the game back to bare minimums.. i prefer a mix of good visuals and performance.

This. haha.

Managed to get a 2nd squad (3) win last night. 4 kills, I died due to no cover at the very end, and our last team member managed to stay alive long enough to knock out 2 people on the last squad who were all trying to hide behind the same tree, then the last one died to the circle.
