Yup, thats almost a 20,000 increase on the peak of a few days ago. The game is getting stronger and stronger in numbers, definitely not decreasing, dropping like a stone or dying out after initial hype.

People will be more keen to stick with an alpha game that is showing obvious signs of improvement, with a relatively good road map ahead PLUS very good communication with the devs

As it's growing it's becoming more ****ed, the lag this afternoon has been terrible, it's unplayable, if this was BF1 there'd shut the internet down.

Thank you for such a valuable post. The only thing worse than a DG post about a game he dislikes is an antagonising one which co-erces another to pop up.

Yep, this was my fear. I know they never projected and therefore didn't prepare for this amount of players. In fairness at least it's holding up, but it is very much bursting at the seams.

Can't wait for the update that brings rendering performance increases. I'd very much like to enjoy the game in high without sitting at 50fps!

Just jump on the NA servers, buttery smooth...tbh EU servers have always been a bit laggy. I know it doesn't make sense but it just works.

Can concur with SixTwoSix NA servers seem much more stable.

Never really understood why in these days of virtualisation they don't just spin up new servers as demand grows or slows.

I love being a camper in this game, i waited in a shed for 15 full minutes just prone on the ground, level 1/2 gear...some dude rolls up in a jeep full lvl 3 gear with 8x Scope etc clearly spent the past 20 minutes moving round looting good items, like a GOOD player....comes inside the shed and gets 1 popped by my shotgun hahahahaa.

I won my only game on the Arma3 mod, just by hiding in a bush for most of the game whilst on the phone to a call centre! I don't think these games require much in the way of skill to win!
