***** PlayStation Vita Official Thread *****

This month's PS+ has kind of revitalized the Vita for me. I am loving DC and Muramasa, have Lone Survivor on hold and I have just ordered Borderlands 2....and now I am reading rumours of X-Com Complete Edition possibly coming as well. Unsubstantiated, but I hope it does!
 
im looking forward to getting into Dragons Crown but im still forcing myself through FFX,i just did the tetris puzzles and just followed a guide on youtube as its the puzzles in that game that are the worst part, im hoping im near completion now as ive just saved it after the puzzle and i think i have a couple more boss battles to go.

ive enjoyed the game but im ready for it to be over now but i get the feeling ive got a while yet

my regret so far it claiming the FFX-2 code as ill be selling it once complete as i cant see me going to FFX-2 for a long time especially if its not as good as FFX.
 
Like a few others have said, I'm loving Dragons Crown. About 4 hours in so far and thinking I might try for a platinum!

Its fab! Only played an hour or so but that hand drawn art is amazing! Always had an interest in picking it up on ps3 but held off. Am i right in thinking i heard it was coming to ps4? That art at 1080p would look lovely!
 
I mainly use my vita to take to work with me(nightshifts) so I can play it in the downtime I get. The real test of how good a game is, is whether or not I play it at home as well, when I could be playing something on PC. Been playing Dragon's Crown this afternoon and my pc hasn't been turned on:)

Haven't heard anything about a PS4 release, but I think PS3 version is 1080p.

Update: An earlier headline for this post stated that Final Fantasy Type-0 HD is coming to PS Vita, which was incorrect. Type-0 is coming to PS4 in North America and Europe.

So VITA is now PS4 accessory according to Sony President. Gonna shift mine now while I can, i'm sorry but I don't want a PS4, I don't care for remote play, I have most of the indie games already and the only thing that would make me keep this useless thing is the ability to watch Netflix which isn't even available for some bizarre reason.

Its lack of Netflix has surprised and annoyed me. I turned my Vita on for the first time in a while the other night to install Netflix, assuming it was available. The lack of it is quite ridiculous.

I dont use my Vita much at all, I appreciate its ability and Ive sunk some time into a few games but overall its not drawing me in :(
 
Anyone played football manager on the vita yet? I am tempted, it is on the weekly sale on the ps store at the moment. The announcement that fm would be developed for vita was what originally drew me to looking into getting one!
For some reason the ps+ discount is not showing in the store. It is listed under the games that get a ps+ discount, with a price of around 13.49 on the tile. But if you select the title the games price reverts back to the standard discount price of 14.99.anyone else notice this (or anyone been able to buy it withthe ps+disc ount?)

It is pretty much exactly the same FM Classic version as the PC which is a good thing. I'm about three seasons into a game but I am taking a break because of how long it takes to go through a match (about 5 minutes each). It is definitely FM on the go, but the slowness of it is a bit frustrating.
 
Bought borderlands 2 the other day. It's only 20 quid on the PS store which i think is quite good.

As for the game, i think it is absolutely fine. I suppose if you have pumped a hundred hours into the big console version you will find all the limitations, but i haven't so i find it fine tbh.
