Aren't the first 10 games against bots?
Well there was me thinking I was amazing at a 10 year olds game....
I hope someone runs your cat over.

Had a mate trying to tempt me and a few others into it yesterday, we almost, almost relented.Hah yea.
To be honest I agree with the game being in this thread. Its awful. I'm going to retire whilst I'm still top dog.
Can you imagine playing a game that's 16:9 in 2023? Ew!
I just don't get why anyone would want to play a 2d game in any direction I know there are some popular ones, I even bought Cuphead, but I just couldn't get into it I just don't see the point or attraction when you have fully immersive 3d games that you can play instead
Driving games. I can get behind the whacky arcadey ones, but the driving sims... Why not just go for a drive in a real car?!

Understandable. For me that's mostly earlier on though tbh, you soon learn what you want and ignore everything else pretty quickly IMO.Been looking at grabbing a new game and I keep seeing popular games that I just know I wouldn't like despite their popularity.
That got me thinking and I figured let's see what games everyone seems to love that the OCUK community just don't get and why.
So for me I'll start us off with Borderlands, Borderlands 2 technically as I never played the first outside of trying it at a trade show.
So it's supposed to be a somewhat fast paced shooter but you have to stop every few seconds to pick up your loot then appraise your collection of items to determine the optimal gear. Obviously I'm exaggerating but it feels like every time I kill someone comes with 5 minutes of inventory management which kind of pulls me out of the action. What's worse if you're playing co-op which seems to very much be the point it just makes it worse as you've now got 4 people doing it.
What are your fav games in the last few years?
BG1 & 2 are real time with pause (the turns exist but they keep on going). Was one of major annoyances when they announced BG3 and it was turn based. The rest of the description I agree with thoughThe turn based stuff like Baldur's Gate and Divinity OS, too boring, too slow, and too complicated with no payoff, everyones LOVES inventory management right? now with Wizard's Sleeve III - you get to manage 6!!!
But they're not really video games it's D&D on PC. Not for me.
