Yeah DiNovo mini. It's ok, nice and small. Annoying there are no F buttons and the mouse can be a bit difficult at times but it's compact, nicely built and does the job.

NVP... sofa link not working mate
fixed :)
How are you finding the BX2's NVP? Looking at getting a set myself in the new year.
Very tasty! Lovely sound, great range for music and movies (although that's with the centre, haven't tried the bx2s on their own for movies). Can't wait to get the two rears up and the speakers and tv mounted in the correct positions and have the full on theatre effect! :D

Haha they're worth it. Pocket sprung so they can take my fat ass without losing their shape. I went for the black stitching but you can pick whatever combination, I did pay extra for the grade 20 leather, it was much nicer and tougher.

I paid outright so they knocked the price down a little too.

They offer 4 years interest free :p

Stop tempting me :(

That is a pretty fantastic and price friendly idea! Any pics of the back?

Does 1 L-bracket for each back leg hold the front without any problems? Does it seem to move around?

will get some pics for you later. Its an L bracket in each back corner on the top unit (so the one the tv sits on essentially). the L bracket secures the top unit to the bottom unit. With the top unit, I took the bottom of it off along with the legs. No slippage at all and its been there for 2 years :D the ikea units come with support stands in the middle that you can move so in total I have 4 support stands. The wood of the unit is so chunky that it makes movement or slippage virtually impossible, even more so with the L brackets.

Just be aware with the Lack units that whilst it looks solid and will absolutely support any amount of AV kit, any sort of impact from a corner of your brand new Sony Amp will leave a whopping great dent, splitting the veneer and requiring the tactical placement of a tealight holder to hide it... :@

The past couple of months I have upgraded too:

Samsung 55"ES7000
Pioneer VSX527 Amp
Pionner S-HS100 5.1 speakers

Pretty modest setup in terms of sound but for the room size it's more than adequate, I picked the amp and speakers up whilst at a lower price.

The TV is just sublime.

Ignore all the finger prints, the joys of having a one year old, she knows not to touch the TV though!

Where did you get that stand/unit from? Been looking for some similar for a while!

Well gone on a better of a spending spree today. Ordered a new sub, a BK monolith in light oak and a new amp, a Onkyo TX-NR905. Trying to disguise them from the missus is going to be fun :D

Amp arrived today, not having much luck with it. Its going back, its clearly faulty

Half the time the HDMI switching doesn't work properly. Even pressing setup to get into the main menu causes it to freeze on the Onkyo logo or crazy to a green screen. Tried factory resetting it 3 times. Sometimes it will work fine for 5 mins before playing up again.
