I hated mine when I had it on. Unless you're sat right in front of it, it's useless.

To be honest I tend to prefer to have the sub hidden or behind me, I didn't think they were terribly directional anyway?

I do want to put the sub behind the sofa. I just don’t fancy having to hide one of the big chunky cables. Hiding speaker wire is easy

If it makes you feel any better, the apartment I live in right now has a wonky living room. On one particular wall it's literally impossible to hang a picture straight. It drives me insane

In our house I always ask the wife if she wants things actually level or whether she wants it to look level because of everything else that's uneven like walls/windows
