Only just noticed this thread lol, been posting on XDA for months! Anyways, this is my latest setup, quite happy with it. Still working on the status bar icons. Taken bits from other themes and modded quite a few myself to get it to this:

S2 running MIUI and ADW EX. Using Beautiful Widgets, Pure Grid Calender and Minimalistic Text.
