Post your mobile phone desktop!

I spy with my little eye something beginning with "Launcher Pro's New Transitions" ;)

I've opted for the inside-of-a-cube one myself. Also: widgets, such as minimalist text, still update even if they're only partially visible! Held the cube rotate at an angle so while the time ticked over. Was nicely surprised at that

heres mine, it's customized with Winterboard and transparent dock wallpaper is a google jobby

is that a set of icons on the bottom - text shortcuts ? where can I get something similar ?

and how to change notification bar icons colors etc ?

and now, when typo clock is gone I need a nice and simplistic clock :) any ideas ?
some users here have such a clock, the one with vertical line between hour and minutes ?

and last one : how can I get rid of icon names ? I started to use Folder Organizer but it does not allow to have shortcuts without names.....

thanks

there are loads of different text icon versions on xda-dev

you need to modify your framework-res.apk file to change the status bar icon colour (i.e. theme it)

the clock you are talking about is simi clock

with folder organizer i only use folders, rather than shortcuts, but i just untick the 'text under icon' or similar check box when i add the widgets.

What's the clock app you are using here ...would like the time in text on mine its cool :)

It's called Minimalistic Text, and it's responsible for the weather and battery info too. In case you're not familiar, the appbrain.com website I linked to is like a wrapper for the android market, which you can search from any web browser. You can then click "Install" and enqueue things ready for when you next want to install stuff from the appbrain app on your phone. It's crazy awesome.

How come you're getting lag on the Desire but my Nexus One doesn't?. Hardware is virtually the same so the only difference is the ROM surely... but they're hardly miles apart.

I don't think he means lag, from looking at it on mine. Just the animation isn't quite as smooth as you might expect, perhaps

Shamelessly stolen :D from a link someone had provided earlier but I really like it and with a bit of tweaking could become a decent set up.

Anyone have any good music widgets with transparent background and lets you change the colour of the controls?

Colours look a bit out on the screen-shots there, but the oranges are much closer/brighter on the phone.

Note: If the backgrounds are considered not suitable (there is nothing on show!) could a mod please remove and leave a note encase I forget about this post. Cheers :)

Tetsujin, what's the text you got between your time and date? can't quite read it...

"Rules are for the obedience of fools and the guidance of wise men"

As said to Kennth More's Douglas Bader by one of his superiors in Reach For The Sky, and "originally" said, I think, by a WWI fighter pilot. It and Bill Hicks' line "It's just a ride" alternate as my favourite quotes :)
