LauncherPro, with these icons: http://db.tt/A3rYyDy. I use 'Desktop VisualizeR' to add the icons as you can select the text under it and what colour the text bar is (I use transparent).

Still haven't got the SDK going, but here's a photo of mine atm. Still need to get sunrise/sunset info on there...

battery statues on each side is minimalistic text, the toggles at the bottom are switch pro, the icons are the stock gingerbread ones and the clock is simiclock.

adw lets you change the tag on the icons so i just deleted the text and then just messed around with the size of the clock

took inspiration from a couple of pictures in this threas

It's yr.no weather widget. I don't think it's available on the market anymore. I use it as it's the only weather/flip clock widget I can find where the clock actually updates properly.

. And on a related note, I changed the theme to one with the exact same icons except they're light grey instead of dark grey now.
