At the lowest height setting the bottom edge of the screen is approximately 40mm from the edge of the desk. At the maximum setting it is ~190mm, and so there is a 150 mm total adjustment range available here.

It would just come up above the printer but I hate the stand base. Especially with it being 300mm deep.

Not saying I would buy one I was just measuring up whether a 34" screen would fit my desk and only if it had 150mm height clearance from desk to screen.
 
Got round to taking mine out of its box and it looks stunning.
It has an Acer badge (post above)
Will get round to turning it on when I get up and I'll report back with any issues and some pics.
 
With regards to the badges, AFAIK the FreeSync models are Acer branded, the G-Sync models are Predator branded. Truth be told I think the Predator logo looks naff and would prefer just Acer. The only alternative would be to purchase the Asus model ... not going to do that :D
 
Just saw that Acer will be releasing a larger Z35 at the end of the year with a 200hz refresh rate. Don't know if it is Free/G sync enabled or not or even if it's ultra-wide.

OK So mine is here :D

First impressions are:

Blue banding is gone.

From what I can tell, so far the BLB is better than my LG although I will wait until night time to decide fully on this.

100hz works no problems here.

The colours definitely need calibrating. They don't look as good as my LG, but this it out of the box so I will have a play with that and see.

Overall though things are looking great, I'll try and up a few pictures soon.

So far so good!

Might well be. I'm not very familiar with the Acer line up tbh.

Can't wait for some real world reviews on the G-sync version of X34.
Hope OCUK has got enough stock coming

I would be happy with those results! Roll on tomorrow!!!! The wife better not expect a lot from me when it arrives.
 
My Monitor has been shipped
should hopefully get it in 1-2 days.. as im in channel islands
will get some pics up etc once i receive goods chaps :)
