Prepare for Imminant Spider Invasion

spider season would have happened already? its starting to get cold already as we enter the winter months killing them off?

summer is when you expect to see a lot of spiders?

Wrong !!!
They move into Your Houses during the Winter to lay babies in your Nostrils whilst you sleep, When born the babies feed on your bogeys & brains.

There have been loads in the house over the last few weeks. Last couple of years most were less than the size of a pound but this year they were as wide as a £5 note!
, yuk.

^^ See !!!

The Proof is out there you just have to know where to look. ;)

BEWARE THE WOLF SPIDER !!!

Apparently, conkers are supposed to deter spiders from entering a room. I've no idea how or why and I think it's an old wives tale, but there is an office here that has conkers *all* the way round the skirting board for this very purpose!

Noticed this over the last couple of days. Ton's of daddy long legs in our area, if a window is open with a room light on at night for less than 2 mins, guaranteed we have at least 3 daddy long legs invading our walls and bulbs!

And I am one of those pansys!

I've dispatched 4 massive spiders in two or three weeks. As malc observed, they tend to show themselves more near the end of summer and keep appearing throughout the autumn months.

They already seem to be invading my gaff. Over the last week, I have come home to have a mahoosive mutha poping his head out on 4 of those days!

I love it when someone posts a spider thread, I'm a bit of a girl (well I am a girl) when it comes to spiders, by I'm fascinated by pictures of them. Probably because I'm too scared to look at them up close in real life...

god yeah, I hate spiders, but they are interesting :)

can't be true, I've seen spiders sitting ON conkers, both shelled and de-husked conkers

I also recruit gladiator spiders, take spider and wasp and put under glass, much mirth can follow as life or death battle follows, even put earwigs in there too once or twice, when it ends in a three way fight it can be epic!

aaaaaaaaaaaarrggghhhh run for th hills they are coming!!!

Seriously though, me and the wife were saying that there is an unusual amount of spiders in the back garden...........its not too bad though as our cat seems to like eating them!! Free food :D

As long as they don't end up like this!!! Other wise they will look at my cat as free food!! :(
