first corner at Knockhill is horrible in ANY car !!

To be fair, I did manage to finish 3rd in qualifying. The problem is I'm treating it to much like an arcade game, piling into corners with too much throttle etc. Need to be more patient.

Hi guys,

I use a T300gte and i find the FFB in PC2 to be alright, not AC level of detail but its alright. I have it set to "Informative" or whatever in the PC2 menu. If i were to use those Jack Spades files does it drastically improve my FFB ? Also with a T300 which one of his would i use. Thanks gents.

Caught me out time after time too. Admittedly my understanding of car physics is non-existent but the way I tamed that corner was to brake slightly earlier and turn in under power. Weight transfer maybe?

You could, but I'd recommend this one for T300 using the custom profile.
I've read a few others have also preferred this over Jack's on this wheel.

If you can't be arsed to read much of it, just check the last two tabs

Oh yeah, if you haven't already, you'll probably find it useful to map FFB volume up/down to a couple of buttons.

I just completed my first race. Restarted about 25 times because of spinning at the first corner, then managed a whole race without spinning and finished 4th.

Well after another 2 hours on this and now my stearing has gone up the swanny

can I give the game to someone who is on my steam contacts ?

Hey Johney

Yes I have a G25, seems to detect it ok and FFB is ok, Like PC1 you have to calibrate the pedals twice in a row to get them to work. Still having issues getting it to feel like PC1 which is how I liked it to be honest. Im going through those jack somebodies files but not getting very far at the moment.

I found using the Jack Spade files, with the preset alt low comp gives me some decent feel, turned the FFB volume up to around 60-65 and it feels pretty good. Before that the steering felt as light as anything!
