There are postboxes from Victoria, Edward VII, George V, Edward VIII (about 150 exist) and George VI about. My nearest two are George V.

Sounds like an angry post on Twitter kind of story; you know the ones where a journalist finds a couple of Twitter posts and makes up a whole narrative around them. I have seen people complaining about the cost, but it's a small minority.

angry? We're 2 trillion in debt. What's another few hundred million? Hardly a couple of days interest payments :cry:
 
The absolute last thing I’m doing with my money is paying for my funeral! Sod that! If there’s any left when I die, that can be used but otherwise donate me to medical research and be done with it.
Maybe my friends and family can have a few at the local. There’ll be enough money for that left over I’m sure.

yeah thats what I meant, the estate would fund everything. Not, our taxes stashed away for it. Either way, its going to be a fantastic send off for her.

I have been over here in Spain for the last couple of weeks and there is nothing either on the TV or news about that , there coverage is pretty sympathetic.
