I find it hard to comprehend a company which would allow certain workers to leave 4 hours earlier over a number of days and not allow one to leave earlier for an acceptable personal reason.

That's because it didn't happen..
Or, if it did happen he's just annoyed his Asda shift supervisor didn't let him got to the dentist.

I'm probably guessing his son's birthday is on the same day ever year too, so why you wouldn't book that off I'm advance is beyond me.

Anyway, back to the fabrication of stories!

Anyhow not been too bad the first 2, love opening up with my pakoras, samosas and a nice big glass of falooda.
My mum has made lamb biryani tonight so looking forward to that, I’ve had many biryanis in my time and hands down my mums is the best. My mates at work love this time of year as they get a nice big pot of biryani to nom nom away.

Great stuff, Yas. I can well believe that your mum makes a fantastic biryani. Nothing beats knowledge that's accumulated and passed down through generations applied with a level of skill that can only be earned with countless repetition. I'd ask for a recipe but it would be pointless - it would never be the same if I made it.

I'm now absolutely starving with a hankering for (good) biryani so yea, thanks for that.

If you interpret what I said to be hate then that's your problem pal, but then again anyone that has an opinion about something which is anyway negative towards a religion, you all class as hate, funny that... I don't hate it, I just find it idiotic and counter intuitive.

There are ways to discuss a subject without being a bigot, especially when you have direct access to question participants openly and fairly. You could have made such a great tangent to dissect and receive answers from the subjects themselves to continue an informed discussion, but no, no you decided to come in with your arrogance, ignorance and what I and others also interpret at hate.


If you want to discuss then please do so respectfully, and preferably intellectually.

Muslims behave like zombies during Ramadan. Their mouths stink and they perform extremely bad at work. Not to mention the unnecessary delays, unwillingness to work, faintings etc. Enjoying my hearty breakfast while writing this. Happy Ramadan!

As NVP says - you're more than entitled but you have no respect and labelled over a billion people with your brushstroke of ignorance. Once again, that's your problem if you correlate my opinion of idiocy as "hate". I do not hate it all. I'm not ignorant to it, I've done plenty of research on the matter, and the conclusion is that there is nothing intellectual about starving yourself, even more so doing it for something that is man-made.
