This thread just highlights the delusion of drunkenmaster, Song, a 7? wilshire a 6 with THeo on a 5, Sagna a 7, diaby a 6, Rooney a 10, Vidic a 10, Valencia a 9, Nani a 8, Fletcher anything about a 5, Carrick above a 5.
You come out with some hilarious statements
Yes he did, on more than one occasion, unless of course it only counts if it ends up in a goal....
Once again, no he didn't.
You obviously didn't watch the game then
You obviously don't understand the concept of going passed (as in taking a player on) WITH the ball then.

Even though in the final few games of the season Harry was testing Lennon on the right wing and Bale on the left? Bale is much better at going forward than he is defending so I can't see why you would object to playing him as an out and out winger.
I certainly don't object, but the truth of the matter is that he's just as good when playing at leftback. And if that means also allowing Modric or Kranjcar on the left wing then I'm all for it.
On an unrelated point, why does everyone assume that the best LB in the world plays in England? Neither Evra or Cole shone during the World Cup.
