If they are Navi 32 it will be 12 and 16. they are MCM, they have 64Bit memory chiplets so 3X 192 Bit 12GB and 4X 256Bit 16GB.... RX 7900XT 5X 320Bit 20GB, RX 7900XTX 6X 384Bit 24GB.

IMO AMD will do a big launch thing along side Starfield, free with the GPU's.

I have a bad feeling AMD might try and charge nearly £500 for the second tier Navi 32 SKU.

They really should price the RX7700XT close to £400,because it would an upgrade path for existing RX6700XT and RTX3060TI owners.

Well I was trying to help to convince you that you don't need an upgrade and Steve seems to agree - just wait for another 18 months. You've already waited for a while and if you've been able to put up with an old card for this long you can surely put up for another 18 months
