Red Dead Redemption 2

I've had this on Xbox since launch but stopped playing as I was waiting for a 60fps unlock but never happened. So after reading comments on here it inspired me to fork out for pc version on CD keys for £12.99 thing is I have a 4090 and LG CX oled so had to be done.
wtf... why would you play the Xbox version when you have a bleeding edge master race PC?

Man I wish I hadn't read that...

I have a 3090 and 60fps at fairly high settings looks majestic, but that 4k 120hz oled goodness is tempting me into buying a 4090...

Oofffff
to put that in more perspective

im running a 5900/3090 when i was running 4K i get around 60-80fps on mostly high

recently dropped to 1440p (non-uw) to get out of the gpu rat-race & enjoy my games

1440p
all ultra except
tree tessellation = off
grass level on 3/10
geo level 4/5

this gives me 130fps average 165fps max with dlss quality
these 3 settings netted me 30fps for not much difference in qaulity what so ever, yeh theirs less blades of grass but do you really notice every strand?

What do you guys make of the RDR1 remake/remaster rumours?

GTA6 is not imminient and may not release in 2024, so R* need something to fill the time in between?

"buy days off" ? how does that work exactly?
effectively you buy back how many days by agreeing to reduce your wage by the amount of days you have off

so if you wanted 5 days of you give up 5 days wages over a year period. reducing your overall income over the year & the amount you are taxed.

so say you you earn 200 a day = 1000 pound / 12 = 83 pound a month reduction
