Red Dead Redemption *SPOILER THREAD*

Disappointed with the ending but saw it coming a mile off.

Have not played much since finishing it but did not like playing as Jack much. I don't know how I'll be able to listen to him for the remaining 20% I have left to do.

Going to try multiplayer next!
 
I like Jack. Through the entire game playing as John I played a good guy and never broke the law once.. Now that I'm Jack, I am being a total *******! lol.

I don't mind the ending but Jacks voice is really annoying.
 
Does anyone know which song it is that plays after you have your confrontation with Dutch and he throws himself off the cliff? Music kicked in as I accidentally jumped off the horse, and couldn't find which one on the soundtrack sounded like it!

Just done the main story (Doing the home missions now) I really hate how you're stuck as "default john" outfit wise, he should be allowed to play dressy up at home, too! :D

Not sure I really like the family scene for John, I still insist on shooting open every door in his house, rather than pushing it!
 
Just finished the game now! Never seen a main character get so butchered since Rocky IV! Nicely done ending but not the way I would have liked, being stuck in endgame with Jack... :\

whilst it was disapointing that john dies. i really enjoyed the game. felt so satisfying blowing the guy away at the end. fitted the title of the game perfectly.

thats neither here nor there as john does die.

i agree with a above post about there should have been some bank job missions or something like that. it seemed that unless you actively went looking for trouble there was never a instance where i had the authorities after me.
 
What an ending. Didn't see it comming. Gutted I can't finish the game as John though. Going to try and get 100% and go to the MP.

I didn't understand why they came back for John though, what did he do wrong? As far as the story went, he did his part of the deal.

When I exited through the door and saw them all lined up I thought I'd probably have a duel with him and that was it, when I saw the ending though this happened:

I am about four or five missions from the end but i haven't seen the 1st "I know you" stranger mission yet, there are 3 altogether I believe, have I missed something? Don't want to end the game without doing these missions because you can't with jack.

Any ideas??
