I mailed the Server admin mailing list and got this reply:

James,

As I posted yesterday on the TWI forums yesterday, what we fixed was a corruption in our ranked server IP whitelist that was causing some servers to appear ranked that weren't already in the list (thus actually unranked), as well as having some servers not appear in the list that should have been. We fixed that corruption yesterday afternoon. This corruption also made it hard for us to track down why some servers weren't showing up/gaining stats. With it fixed it has been much easier to sort the rest of the issues.

Your server's IP was never actually in the list which is why it disappeared. Now that the corruption is fixed we discovered this morning that your GSP's IP's hadn't been added to the list. We've just added them now and it should be working. Please let us know if it is not.

So please bear with us, I know that 17 hours seems like a long time (overnight), but we do need to sleep at some point ;)

Game is unplayable!, my hitreg problems currently are being caused by very very low frame rates between 15 and 20fps at my lowest!. With every patch i drop 5fps

It's not that bad!

Battlefield 3 Alpha ran well, BFBC2 runs good... My point was when the first release came out the game was spot on in frame rates, with every patch it gets worse so how's that my pc's fault?

With so many others complaining about it aswell, even in the game and far better systems than me

Have you posted this on the TW forums?

Would be a shame if you do not get to play as it is a great game.

Obviously, not so good if you cannot play it :(
 
Seriously ****** off now, no refund from Steam (was expected tbh) and no support from the guys at the TW Forums, I feel completely ripped off.

It annoys me that the game worked fine in beta until they released a big number of patches beofre the release, but now now it's my fault the game isn't working.

Well with i5 2500k at 4.7ghz I don't notice these "issues"

These things happen with PC games unfortunately.

Sometimes, patches can break more than they fix.

I am sure they are not thinking "Lets **** this up good and proper for Parky".

These devs actually give a **** and will get there, they would want to know the cause more than you.
 
To be honest, the release has been a mess and I would rather have my cash back to put a pre-order in for Battlefield 3. I haven't even had 10 minutes of gameplay yet from RO2, due to it performing terribly.
