You have to validate the local files to force it do download the remaining files - Right Click RO - Properties - local Files - Verify Integrity, will download the necessary files and will work

Getting awful DL rate though, servers gettting hammered maybe ?

Once you do this it will begin downloading the rest of the game.

Right click on red orchestra > properties > local files > valdicate integrity of game files.

Hmmmm - thing is I can't use steam to search for Red Orchestra servers as there is a big bug with our uni network, if you try and search for servers your internet connection times out for 5 minutes or so before you can get it working again, so as it is I have no way of searching for servers

I should have thought about it more before buying

Jeez it's slow I'm at 82% now lol.

Me thinks I may download the rest at about 5am before going to work will get a better transfer rate then methinks.

Oh brilliant.

I have about 40 games on my PC, all other steam games work without a problem yet Red Orchestra goes to load then nothing, no error, no blink, no screen refresh... zilch. :mad:

Brilliant and after all that wait too!!!

Getting a general update speed of 14 KB/s so 120 minutes left.

Think I'll just play EVE Online and let it update overnight.

ill post up some Ips of low ping servers if i ever get it installed
