Here's an optimisation guide, the hair one especially, it costs some VRAM and fps, yet isn't naturally shaded/lit in all conditions (like Hairworks in Witcher 3) - So keeping it off loks better and runs better too.

still way behind i think, deafeated the saw sisters last night, found the crossbow and planting mines was great for that fight, think im nearing the fight with the big cheese

I think I've messed up! I'm in the labs after chapter 10 and those walking beer bellies are super annoying and I've basically got no ammo left now! The merchant has no resources and I have an option to sell a primary weapon to get more cash to buy a bigger bang weapon which could take them out. I have the bio-scope so can see the mass in their flesh to aim for but I need to use a rifle for that since the scope attaches to them.

Did you get the LE 5 from the Freezer? (MP5 Submachine Gun) the scope attaches to that, only thing you can really do is avoid them till you have to kill one to get the Wrench from its stomach. Or load an older save, you do extra saves right?
Or there is Cheat Engine and using an unlimited ammo table lol.

I did not get the sub machine gun, I did find a bass fish in a freezer though lol, will have to look around more I think!

I mean do you make new saves or overwrite your existing? they give you plenty of slots to make extra saves for times like this haha. I think the LE 5 was where you do the card terminal the second time.

Still crossing my fingers for a Code Veronica remake.
One of the best RE games of old imo but I find the tank style controls make it difficult to play nowadays

It's a shame cos RE5 and 6 are **** imo. Even Revolutions 1 & 2 are better and they're not great by any means

Hopefully they don't have their b team on code veronica like they did 3 remake, it deserves a proper full on remake.

I didn't hate RE5, but the story is pretty bad (punching the rock) and it didn't really move the gameplay on at all.
We'd be left with Code Vero since half the game would be missing.

I noticed earlier that Leon's watch has been broken the whole game
Yeah. If they go with RE 5 next I will 100% not buy it day 1. It needs to be Code Veronica done by the A team. The B team messed up RE3 Remake as it could have been so much better.
Just imagine an RE3 Remake where they kept everything from the original and expanded it and then made nemasis pop out randomly in different areas in each playthrough. That would have been awesome!

unfortunately i think it might be exactly what they are doing, would almost say it makes sense......for them not us.
Got 1 A team doing resi 7 8 9 another doing the 2 4 5 remakes then the b team on 3 and cv. hope im wrong.
I love code veronica too much, if they dont do it right i would rather they didnt remake it at all.
