Return to Sw:ToR

That was with the 12x boost.

The current setup is more like 6x boost for class and main planet stories.

Basically if you want to level on just main story stuff, follow the purple mission icons.

Do any of you do the raids? Ive just resubbed and i enjoyed the pve at level 50 in vanilla but it was a bit buggy.

What are the raids like now, are they just rescaled ones from vanilla or have the put new ones in?

New ones from when?

Right now there are 9 raids, all of which are on level content - 4.0 scaled all the raids to 65 and added a bolster effect so you can join them before hitting max level.

The story mode raids are all pretty easy for a half competent group.

I started playing againyesterday too (I guess the new film is mind tricking everyone!) so much has changed but I have my lvl 50 on TOFN so maybe you could send Belief a guild invite when you get chance? :)

Will look for you ingame, too!

Can I be added now please :)

NeoReloaded

Both added to friends list as if I see you on will drop you a invite, any guild member can invite. and there are quite a few from here in the guild, we doing OK number wise now over 200 in, our main problem bar a few we still not really gelling!

Maybe its me, we have always being a very social guild so might be expecting a bit to much!

Thanks mate, i'll be on tonight I should imagine, if I'm not on Belief i'll be on my fat Sith - Calories!

Also still have my lvl 60 auto ticket, so need to decide what class to use that on!

Was thinking about coming back to this and giving it a shot.

Will install it tonight and see if I can remember my account details.

ok, so i've hit 65 with my Commando, I went the healer route with him, but healing ability doesn't seem great.

What kind of gear should I be looking at and what are should i be focusing on? Power?

We have dropped RaidCall as our VoiP, although I think its brilliant to many people having issue with it, so we now officially back to our old Ts3 server
Connection details
Guild VoiP is now Ts3, to join us: 82.30.58.128:9987

Commando healers are still very good, we have one in our progression raid team and have no problems at all with that.

With the 4.0 changes to stats its a better idea to go for Crit and Alacrity over power.

i've been contemplating playing this

only played it in the beta but didnt take to it..

new expansion cinematic has peaked my interest :)

any recommendations on new starters which is a good class to role etc?

always was interested in a tank type of role

Vanguard and the Jedi Guardian both good fun to play, I prefer the Vanguard Tank, but only as I played it more, will be having as proper run on the Jedi one soon and see, I always played it as DPs, which its very decent at in WZ's

I play a Vanguard tank as my main, its a fun tanking class to play - its designed to want to be hit, you get a lot of proc's off of shielding/dodging hits. It has a lot of mobility skills and a good amount of cooldowns for those oh **** moments. They also have the ability to tank from range which isn't easy on the other two.

Guardian tanks are the cooldown kings, lots of defensive cooldowns which are designed to be used often. The other tank in our progression team is a Guardian.

Shadow tanks are probably harder to get to grips with because of the rotation and careful monitoring of procs but they are good fun to play once you get the hang of them. They also have the best AOE tanking abilities are useful group utility.

All three tank types are viable and it just comes down to how your play style fits in.

I walked away from this six weeks after launch when things were looking a tad grim for SWToR... Anyway, some Youtuber persuaded me to have another look around and having discovered my old characters are still there, minus their cool names (:() I thought I'd log back in.

Oh dear... I used to know my way around this game (and be able to play Huttball with my eyes shut), but now I feel like a total noob. I have no idea what any of my level 47 Snipers abilities mean or do anymore, I dimly remember my gear being a bit naff, but what these stats mean has been long forgotten! And all the "new" stuff is going way over my head. :o

I may have to start a new character just to remember how to play. :D

Anyone any online calculators etc for gear?

Just trying to figure out what 208 gear to get and it'd be easier if I had the same kind of tools I had setting up ships in Eve Online :D
