I managed to order one on Wednesday before they went back out of stock again thanks to reading they were available on here. This will replace my CV1

what a joke, lolsomeone on an AV forum posted an oculus rift for £525, used bits missing! Even had the Gaul to say he had bought it 2nd hand on eBay
Thankfully a MOD squashed the sale, I wish we could hang these profiteers

Call me a grass, it was me who reported that chap on AVF yesterday (probably not the only one). Since they have relaxed their rules on profiteering the classified is like the wild West but the mod had the good judgement to see this fella was a tool.

Just noticed after looking myself on their site, placed an order.. No idea if that's a mistake with the new HP headset coming this(?) year, but then again i can always sell it later for whatever reason, so no big deal i guess.

Thanks for the heads-up @hyperseven. Attempted again to order, their webshite really doesn't seem to want to accept debit cards for payment. I used paypal in the end. April 6th dispatch was quoted.

I ordered about 2.30am when I saw a ton of posts on reddit saying they were back in stock. It's being dispatched tomorrow
Not being able to sleep turned out to be a blessing.
Gutted man. The demand is unbelievable right now. Then there's the people gouging on ebay as usual not helping the situation.
