It was on their homepage as a banner for a few weeks (gone now) but it's still on the website in black&white, under "Key information for national strikes" and "Priority Items on days of Industrial Action" :Might just depend on who reviews the claim then. I still haven't seen anything on their website saying they are suspending the guarantee.
And all the people who moved away from RM are coming to regret it, as I said they would.
All? Not here, Evri are still miles ahead. And all the people who moved away from RM are coming to regret it, as I said they would.
Sounds fairly typical for DPD - they were so unreliable for collections it’s unreal, and then the local depot couldn’t take them from us when we dropped them off ‘because covid’DPD are struggling to pick up our orders for customers...either not sending a lorry or sending half what we need.
DHL seem better at the moment.
No idea what's wrong at ours. Delivery is fine. But collection seems to be once a week. All? Not here, Evri are still miles ahead.
Our local lockers and parcel shops always have room for our stuff without issue - and things are arriving in 2 days on average.
Nothing lost or broken yet either, 200 parcels in
Blimey, that's really not good.Evri -
2nd Jan: put in locker
6th Jan: still in locker
RM -
4th Jan: picked up from door
6th Jan: delivered
48hr service. Same cost
DPD are shocking to get hold of good luck.Yet another DPD fail here.
So my work laptop broke. DPD have been entrusted with the delivery and pick up swap today.
Just got an email saying no one was home..... and a picture of a different house.
I am already a week behind work due to not being able to do anything (secure network, can't work off using my own PC) and now this clown has just driven off with my new hardware.
Really not difficult to see numbers on doors. Picture is of the side of a different house, not showing the front door which would clearly show it isn't my house number. Suspect he couldn't be arsed to do the whole swap out procedure.
Can't even get through to speak to someone at DPD because the phone system won't let me. Absolutely livid.
No not at all. By a medium tesco6Blimey, that's really not good.
We're almost fill our local two lockers every day (sorry everyone else...) and they're collected at about 4PM.
I wonder if it's a local issue; is it quite remote?

Most banks let you pay in cheques using their app these days or posting it in (RM may or may not deliver it )Refund is on the way, but wow, its a cheque in 2023, not a refund from where I paid.
This wasnt confirmed via email after being on hold for slightly over 2 hours was confirmed on phone.
There is hardly any branches these days, not sure if I will be bothered to deposit it. Unless they can be submitted online somehow.
