Just seen that vid on fb, what are Road.cc doing posting that!

Fools!

There's so many roads in Yorkshire that are dangerous at the best of times. Doing this to someone could kill them!

If it catches on then it will kill someone.

25 miles on the Rose today - very impressive bike. The Di2 is a total dream to use, crisp, works great.

So far so good, a few little tweaks still needed in terms of position etc but all good so far.

Are you the dude that ordered just after me?
a GF right?
When did it arrive in the end?

Throwing a snowball at a car in winter can get you in more trouble than pushing a cyclist off his bike.

Unless the police do something about the way road users treat each other then this kind of thing is going to increase and more lives will be at risk.

The guy pushing that cyclist off his bike should be made an example of to show that this kind of behaviour is NOT acceptable even if its seen as a "prank", pranks can go wrong, this "prank" is wrong from the start.

Unless the victims of that sort of cockmongery report those incidents to the police nothing will happen. All this is just internet rage.

I agree with you, the police wont do anything.

The worlds Govt are trying to police the internet, maybe they should acknowledge internet rage?

Ok, bike nerds, question time... I've just got a new phone so I need a new case, so what bike related picture do I get on the back of it? My last case had a close up of a cassette, for example. I'm wondering about a black and orange molteni arcore design, or maybe white with world champion stripes...

Any suggestions?

Sky's new colours? to show support for British team and riders?

Anyone own Louis Garneau shorts? After some new bibs and noticed Evans have them down from £150 to £90. Gore Xenon are another option, though more expensive. I find the choice in Castelli mind boggling!

A friend lost a joint KOM today (that he didn't even realise he had :p) and I had a look at the ride. Does anyone else find some of the speeds a little suspect on this, given the terrain and the speeds of the other rides the guy has done?

It's probably just me being unfairly sceptical. My friend doesn't care either way.

edit: Yes, I'm very bored in work.

Its hard to recommend providers unless you've actually had to deal with them. I used ERV when I went to Majorca. Reasonable price, good level of cover. Use code CAXTON15.

Thanks for that code.

I'll have to do a bit of comparing, but at the moment it looks decent enough at£30 for the single trip with "extreme" cover.

Something odd is going on there. The ride lasted 5 hours 10 mins.

My guess from looking at the times and streetview is that he cycled to the tennis courts from work (14mph average). Spent 1hr 30mins there and then cycled home. He spend 30mins at home and then drove to the petrol station and then to Aldi (22mph average). He spent 30mins doing a shop before driving home for his tea.

That's a good analysis and makes sense now I look at it again.

edit: Also, what a ****** - driving at 40mph on those roads.
