Tonight is a lesson in preparation or lack of. Went out on the TT bike, completed a nice loop then went back to cheer on some friends in the local TT, talking to a lad who was marshalling, went to go home and had a puncture, no spare tub, or pump, or any sealant..... So had to get a lift home! Doh. Ohwell least it wasn't in a race!

I refuse to watch his videos any more as I don't want to support the guy.
It's not that he isn't kind of funny it's that he comes out with utterly ridiculous diet advice and then you get gullible people believing it because the guy happens to cycle a billion miles a day.

I haven't riden my carbon for 7 months maybe? tempted to ditch it and get a TT bike.. 
I've been following and watching his videos for over a year now and recently they have gone very off field crazy
He does provide good advice Re: Power meters vs bike upgrades but the constant Vegan pushing/flashing messages is just tiring now.
