Road Cycling

My black friday deal consisted of a Zipp 808 Track Tubular for £350 from Amazon, which I then sold on for £550 :P

All damn good deals! They even have the Gabba in Grey, dammit!
Exactly. What's 300 between power meters? You'd spend that on Black friday sales :P
I wish!

Maybe if I hadn't spent £1750 on my Diverge and £250,000 on 'other things' this year I could justify it :p

I've spent more on Wiggle than what my Diverge cost during the last year! :o
Haydn, you're a platinum customer.
Your spend in the last 365 days is: £2,287.51.

I've bought a lot of 'things' but nothing big except my Vortex Smart (£320). Previous year had wheels and Garmins on, yet was around the same figure!

TLDR; WIGGLE IS DANGEROUS! ;)

Edit: Came close to cleat falling twice on my lunch commute, first was pulling up at a junction, waiting for a car and expecting to go afterwards, left foot unclipped but not down, getting ready to move/continue but then having to stop as another car quickly comes around the corner. Left foot unclipped, right foot at bottom of pedal stroke, leaning right and centre of balance over my right! :o Thankfully quick toe twist and got unclipped (glad I've not increased tension of my Keo's)! Second one getting back to work, went to hop up a sloped kerb at 1mph and totally midtimed it with the hop just killing my momentum so I just didn't go anywhere. Quick 45 degree backpedal to regain forward momentum before I fell, as I can't track stand! Weird! But I think I can possibly track stand for 5s if I *really* needed to! ;)

I think with this saddle sore, my powerless legs and stupid things I'm currently doing (rode into an overhanging tree yesterday) I'm probably better to take a couple of days rest, rather than club ride this weekend! :(

Weird one, won these on ebay from this seller and they turned up in a Wiggle jiffy, with a Wiggle 'paid' label on it. The gloves inside have a hand written & taped on number which suspiciously looks the same as a Wiggle returns number!

Good seller with some amazing 0.01p start price auctions of regular things including lots of DHB. Be careful though, much of it is used and marked/damaged.

TLDR; Wiggle flog returned damaged items on eBay.
Noted the address on the paperwork sent with the gloves - 'Citadel, Black Country New Road, Bilston, West Mids, WV14 7BR.

Chuck post code into Google, second result is www.addressandpostcodes.co.uk showing 'Wiggle Ltd, Citadel Logistics Centre, Citadel Junction Way, BILSTON, WV14 7BR'

Streetview shows a huge building with a huge Wiggle sign! I'm guessing that's Wiggle's Midlands distribution warehouse then! :D:rolleyes:

Nice one :D

Reminds me I was mountain biking a few months back and flying down an off trail fire roadish descent. Tree/bush hanging over ahead we all didn't see until a bit too late. First time I've aero tucked on the mountain bike... My mate actually hit one of the small branches with his helmet. Whoops!

Back in the UK now. Cold is not too bad, but wet road all day, leaves and low sun. Not good riding conditions!

Heh... you'd better get used to that :p

never heard of them before, thank you for this link
anyone ordered from them before?

Yep, ordered a pair of Zipp 404s, GP 4000s, Fizik saddle and a Giant Propel frameset. No problems with them at all. It's a Dutch shop, so delivery takes 2 to 3 days.
