Still on the hunt for something more suitable to the conditions out here.

Really do like the look of the Genesis Croix de Fer, looking at a 2017 CDF 20 for around the 1k.

Something like the Surly Straggler would be cool but stock levels are a bit of a nightmare.

Anything else in that budget I should consider? Ridiculous value on the On-One titanium chap though.

Croix de Fer is better steel than the Surly Straggler, and cheaper.

Mango Point AR? Fat ally tubes, though, so might not be what you're after.

Yeah the CDF 20 get's a Reynolds 725 frame which I hear is worth paying the premium for...

I had a Mango Single speed before and wasn't overly impressed with the quality.

I've always paired my bib shorts with some leg warmers for winter. This year, I fancy some bib tights. Any recommendations?

I've seen these Endura tights and have been tempted, but have been put off slightly after reading some reviews + opinions.

I got Wiggle to price match those yesterday. A nice set of tights beat the leg warmer summer short combo any day I think and it gets to a point in winter where you really want the extra thermal properties.

Last year I got a pair of Castelli Velocissimo tights and they've been great but I fancied an extra pair for this coming winter. Combined with some nice new Mavic goretex boots I'm not fearing the cold so much this winter!

I have some by giordana which are pretty good. Comfy, warm, not too expensive.

Wait, do you mean bib tights with a pad or without? Mine are without, so I wear them over regular bib shorts.

Planet X used to do some cheapo unpadded ones. Warm enough and unpadded meant you could still have your fave short/pad underneath.

Nice, just done the same, so placed an order with Wiggle. If they don't fit quite right then I can return them for free.

GCN recommend changing both cleats at the same time? Why?

My left was significantly more worn (it's the side I clip out). I don't really see the need to change the right.

Also, anyone tried bone conduction headphones like Aftershokz?
