That's because carbs get a very bad rep for no reason

As long as you eat the right carbs you can still lose weight and you get the benefit of better energy levels and not losing strength so quickly

Good answer. Just its the first thing I drop if I tend to loose some weight. Maybe Ill try cutting with higher carbs next time I try to loose some excess. Its working though :D

O..and answer the question I had above...what way have you been told to cook chicken..fry/boil?

Actually I know I said it was a bit of a crazy boring diet but...


I just did a self check of my meals and I seem to be practically live on nesquik shakes, chicken, tuna, veg with veg and more veg and some other fishy meals oh and crunchy peanut butter yummmmm. So who knows a diet check could be in order for myself :p

Haha not quite yet, but the fish is there, just no ricecakes yet

Started my new cardio routine today too, no more sleeping in for

50 minutes every morning, and 30 minutes after every workout :(
