You are secretly robocop?
So let's start with the good, it's defo nostalgia overload for those who grew up in the 80s. The set pieces are faithful to the movies, so it's nice to just walk around the police precinct etc and see the stuff you saw in the movies. Also it's cool seeing the familiar names and faces from the movies.
Speaking of faces, the facial animations and quality are quite bad, this is meant to be Unreal Engine 5?! Ragdoll physics also don't exist, NPCs drop to the floor like they have the mass of the Sun. I actually think Time Crisis back in the day had more fluid body physics when you shot creeps. Speaking of which, the gunfights feel like you are playing Time Crisis back on the arcade cabinets, just minus the physical iron.
Shader compilation stutter happens often usually at the start or when traversing through to new areas, the frametime graph may not make it as obvious given it's quite small at this res, but you definitely feel it. There is no shader comp at the start of the game.
Also, you can one punch kill enemies most of the time, so you can basically falcon punch your way through corridors as my video below will show.
I did hear a cat meowing at the start, too, and when I found it on top of the scaffolding, it began to slowly push a carton off the edge as I watched. I like the fact that they perfectly did cat behaviour, so plus points for that lol.
(still uploading/processing so please give it an hour or so)

The graphics can look quite nice at times, but up close many textures are low quality, and nothing is really interactive. There are quite a bit of poor quality NPC acting/animations/faces and there appears to be pixel-walking in various areas which I assume is the ray tracing since the GFX settings are set to Epic and UE uses RT in UE5 when settings are above the High. values. The DLSS upscaler is labelled as DLSS 3.5 as well, since this game doesn't use Ray Reconstruction, I think the devs have obviously got confused by Nvidia's naming scheme because the DLSS version used is 3.5.0, whilst DLSS remains 2.0. They should know this of all people...
FSR 2.2/XeSS etc all seem to work well though, Frame Gen also works well, and the game runs at 80fps with FG off at 5160x2160, so at least performance outside of shader stutter is decent.
I would play the full game but only on a mega Steam sale or if it comes to game Pass. And just for the sake of nostalgia as an old skool RoboCop movie fan. I would have to force myself to ignore the messy gameplay and corridor shooting.
Also this made me lol:
