Here's some footage leading up to the incident.

It really doesn't show what actually happened when the RRS came to a stop, but clearly the biker (the one thats now being charged) took a disliking to the RRS, and forced him to stop. Question is, is that enough justification to run the rest of the crowd over? I personally think not. Not unless a weapon was shown.. Which as far as we all know, wasn't. Was this a KTFOMW or run for your life reaction? As I said many posts above, the rest of the riders probably had no idea other than ok so there's a kerfuffle going on a few bikes back.. Did any of them deserve to be run down?
Also they didn't stab his tyres out, the sharp protrusions while running over the bikes probably did. Also another point, even after seeing one of their group being run over, and after catching up with him, they didn't kill him. Just gave him a beating, and from what i understand it was just one of them. If they're to be portrayed as the in-human thugs that everyone is claiming them to be, then surely death was on the cards. I'm not so sure if he was at a football match against an apposing side, and took out one of them, would he have escaped with a few cuts and grazes. Anyway my point is were they really the animals everyone immediately portrayed them to be, just cos they're on bikes?
One last point, looking at all the video's, they're not really being all that thuggish. Just pulling a few wheelies here and there and weaving in and out of traffic.
I'm not saying the one who brake tested him wasn't looking for some aggro, but the rest fairly content with just riding in a group. Anyway, just my thoughts.
